Interiors

This is the latest in a series of projects for the same client who wanted to age in place in her home of over 50 years. Previous work done included a totally remodeled and expanded kitchen, new guest room for live-in assistant and rework of an expanded laundry were all for greater accessibility. This project was for the complete remodeling of an existing master bath which was originally redone in the early 1970’s. The project consisted of removing the step up whirlpool bathtub , elevation of the step down shower and creating the open space for plants and bench seating (not shown). As with all remodeling project, careful attention to the as built condition and thorough on site measurement were needed to effect this project with no change orders due to existing unforeseen conditions.
