“ATOMIC RANCH”
The client came up with this description of his Mid-century modern bungalow. And we heartily agree.
Faced with a series of unfortunate modifications since its original construction and a lack of updating when it was recently acquired, the current owner wanted to both reestablish the original design and add to it in a way that would work with and highlight the original design. The house was originally a 2/1 with a carport, no central A/C, no connection to the outdoors except for the front facade and a very small kitchen.
Working together we came up with a plan for creating a more private and open design that would relate to the outdoors of this Florida jewel. We also added a master suite and designed an A/C system that would be both functional and sensitive to the original design.
We cant wait to get pictures of this completed project.”
