Salman & Associates is a full-service architecture, planning, and interior design firm based in Miami, Florida. Founded by Principal Javier Salman, AIA, LEED AP, the firm was established after over 20 years of professional licensed practice in principal roles at other companies. The firm is dedicated to delivering personalized, individual service through the direct involvement of principals in every phase of architectural design and construction.

The firm’s design philosophy centers on delivering critical, unique architectural solutions tailored to each project, whether it involves new construction or historic renovation. Salman & Associates maintains a diversified portfolio, undertaking projects that range from small-scale assignments to master planning for major developments.

With extensive experience in residential, municipal, and commercial new construction and rehabilitation, the firm has developed specialized expertise in areas such as restaurant design, new residential multi-family housing, luxury residential projects, municipal facilities, mixed-use developments, and large-scale commercial projects exceeding 100,000 square feet.

The Principal

Mr. Salman brings over 32 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. As a principal and founding partner of C3TS, he led the Architecture division and played a crucial role in expanding the firm to more than 200 employees across four offices in Southeast Florida before its sale in November 2012. Under his leadership, C3TS gained recognition for its successful Design-Build and Public-Private partnership projects, notably securing the first design-finance project for the FDOT in 2005, and earning the OSGBC and LEED Public Building of the Year award for South Florida in 2013.

Mr. Salman’s hands-on management approach ensures the highest quality standards and fosters continuous, productive client engagement throughout every phase of a project. His combined expertise in design, project management, and extensive governmental and institutional experience cultivates strong, successful client relationships.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Javier is actively engaged in his community and various professional organizations. He has been appointed and elected to numerous local, county, and state regulatory and administrative boards, including local zoning commissions, county bond oversight committees, professional regulatory boards, and the local American Institute of Architects chapter.
